Refunds and cancellation
Your plan
You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then your company moves to Free. Nothing is deleted, and export keeps working.
We do not refund a monthly period that has already started. A yearly plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of its first yearly charge.
If we charged you by mistake — twice, or the wrong amount — we refund it in full, whenever you tell us.
Templates you buy
A paid template can be refunded within 7 days of buying it, no questions asked. Ask from the template in your workspace, or raise a ticket. The template is removed from your workspace when the refund is made.
Extra runs
Runs added for the rest of a month are not refunded once the month has started using them. Runs not used by the end of the month do not carry over.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5–7 business days of our approving them. In India, the GST on the refunded amount is refunded too.
