Terms of service
1. Who we are
Bizomate is operated by Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited, registered in India. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person or organisation using the service.
2. What Bizomate does
Bizomate lets you connect the services your business already uses and build workflows that move information between them on a schedule or in response to an event. You build workflows; we run them.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Bizomate, and two-factor authentication is required on every account. Keep your password and your recovery codes to yourself — anyone holding them can act as you.
Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under it until you do.
4. Workspaces
A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it, not to the individual who registered. Workspace admins can invite people, change what they can do, and remove them. If you are removed from a workspace you lose access to its workflows, connections and run history.
5. Connections to other services
When you connect an outside service, you authorise Bizomate to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. We store those credentials encrypted and use them only to run the workflows you build.
Revoking a connection stops Bizomate using it. It does not revoke access on the other service's side — do that in your account settings there as well.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect, and for what your workflows do with them.
6. What you may not do
Do not use Bizomate to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it
- send unsolicited bulk email
- access systems you have no right to access
- overwhelm a third-party service with requests
- process data you have no right to process
We may suspend a workspace that does any of these. Where we can, we will tell you first.
7. Your data
Your workflows, run history and the data passing through them belong to you. We use them to run the service and nothing else. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Bizomate running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and scheduled workflows may be delayed during an outage.

10. Ending your use
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing it stops your workflows running and removes their history.
We may end your access if you break these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.
11. Liability
Bizomate is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data, arising from your use of the service or from a workflow behaving other than you intended.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Bizomate after that means you accept the new version.
