Billing questions

Is GST included?

Prices in India exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Outside India, prices are in US dollars.

Do you bill in rupees?

Yes, a company in India is billed in rupees, at a fixed price — no currency conversion, no forex fee. Elsewhere, billing is in US dollars.

Why do I see US dollars?

Prices follow where you are browsing from. If we cannot tell, we show US dollars. What a company pays follows the country it registered in.

Is there a trial?

Every new company gets 15 days of Pro. After that you are on Free unless you choose a plan, and every workflow is paused for you to switch back on.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan runs to the end of what you paid for, and export keeps working after it ends.
