What counts as a run?
One pass of a workflow, from its trigger to its last step — however many steps it has. A ten-step workflow that runs once is one run.
What happens if we go over our runs?
Nothing stops. We tell you at 80% and 100%, keep running to 110%, then offer more runs at your plan’s own price for the rest of the month.
Do we need a developer?
No. Bizomate is built for the person who owns the process. If a step needs an engineer, we treat that as our problem to fix.
Where is our data stored?
In a database in your company’s own country. The Trust page says exactly what we keep and what we never store.
Can we leave and take our workflows with us?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. Export is never switched off, even after a plan ends.
Which apps does it work with?
Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, databases, email, WhatsApp, AI models and any service with an API.
