Jotform submissions into Airtable
Every Jotform submission is added to an Airtable table, one field for each answer.
Jotform → AirtableAn Airtable base is only useful while it is current. Bizomate adds and updates records with your table's own fields the moment an order lands or a form is filled in, and starts a workflow as soon as a record is added, changed or enters a view. Every run leaves a record of what it changed.

Publishing sets up a webhook on the base; there is nothing to paste. Each record added to the table starts one run.
A change to any field, or only to the fields you choose to watch. Set up when you publish, as New record is.
A record starts a run when it comes to match the view's filters — added, or changed so that it does. Set up when you publish.
The table's fields appear as rows to fill in. With Convert values on, Airtable turns text into each field's type, and a choice the field does not have yet is added to it.
A record for each entry in a list from an earlier step, sent 10 at a time, up to 1,000.
Only the fields you fill in change, unless Replace all fields is on.
Updates the record whose fields to match on hold the same values — Email, say — or creates one. Up to 3 fields to match on.
By Airtable's own formula, or fields that equal values, from a view and sorted; up to 1,000.
A file from an earlier step, up to 5 MB, added beside the field's other files.
Only the token's webhook:manage scope. Publishing adds the webhook to the base, and changing to another trigger or table, or deleting the workflow, removes it. Airtable allows 10 webhooks per base, and each published workflow with an Airtable trigger on that base uses one.
A webhook deleted in Airtable, or not renewed in time, is made again at the next daily renewal. The first run after that says which window it may have missed, so the workflow can catch up — with Find records, say.
Use Upsert a record: it looks for a record whose fields to match on hold the values you give — an order number or an email — updates it if it is there, and creates one only when there is none.
Yes. Choices go in by name, people by email and linked records by id. With Convert values on, a choice the field does not have yet is added to it rather than failing the step.
