Won Pipedrive deal starts onboarding in Asana
When a deal is won, the onboarding task is waiting in Asana and the team is told.
Pipedrive → Asana → SlackWork that starts outside Asana — a client's email, a signed order, a support request — should not wait for someone to copy it in. Bizomate creates the task with its assignee, due date and custom fields, keeps it up to date, and starts a workflow as soon as a task is added, changed or completed. Every run leaves a record of what it did.

Publishing sets up a webhook on the project; there is nothing to paste. A task moved into the project counts as new to it, as Asana sees it.
When a task in the project is marked complete. Set up when you publish.
Any change, or only the fields you name to watch, by Asana's names — assignee, due_on, custom_fields. Several changes at once start one run. Set up when you publish.
A comment on any task in the project. Set up when you publish.
With an assignee, a due day or time, a section, tags, the project's own custom fields and followers — or as a subtask under a parent task. Tags the workspace does not have yet are made.
Only the fields you fill in change.
A project's tasks or a person's, done or not, changed since a date; up to 1,000.
Puts a task in another project as well, in a section if you choose one.
In a team, blank or from one of your templates.
Yes. Choose the project, and its custom fields appear as rows to fill in: a choice by its option's name, several separated with commas, and people by email. Only the fields you fill in are set.
No. Publishing adds the webhook to the project, and every publish sets it up again. Changing to another trigger or project, or deleting the workflow, removes it.
The token's. A personal access token acts as the person who made it, so tasks, comments and files appear as theirs, and reach only the workspaces and projects they can.
Yes. Create a project makes one in a team from one of your Asana templates — an onboarding plan, say — named for the client, and later steps can add tasks to it.
