Deepgram automation with Bizomate
What a customer said on a call rarely reaches the people who need it. Bizomate sends each recording to Deepgram and gets back the text, who spoke when and, if you ask, a summary and the topics — ready for the next step to file or share. Deepgram can also read text aloud. It runs on your company's own Deepgram key, and every run's record shows the seconds of audio or characters used.

What a workflow can do with it
Turns a recording into text, with times, speakers, a summary and topics
Audio is a file from an earlier step, or an https address Deepgram opens itself. Punctuation is on; turn on Speaker labels, Summary and Topics when you want them. Every word comes back with its time.
Turns text into speech in one of Deepgram's Aura voices
Up to 5,000 characters, with values from earlier steps, as an MP3 or WAV file the next steps can send.
Questions about Deepgram
Can Deepgram transcribe a recording my phone system keeps?
Yes, if the recording has an https address Deepgram can open without signing in. Choose An address under Audio and give it; Deepgram fetches the recording itself. Otherwise, pass the file from an earlier step.
What comes back from a transcript?
The text, every word with its time, and the language. Turn on Speaker labels to get each part with the speaker who said it, Summary for a short summary of the whole recording, and Topics for what was talked about.
Which model does it use?
Deepgram's general model unless you choose another from its list; others in the list suit phone calls and meetings.
Who pays for what Deepgram does?
Your company does: Deepgram bills your own project. Bizomate does not pay for or resell AI use, and each run's output shows the seconds of audio or characters used.
