Email automation for any mailbox, with Bizomate
Orders, enquiries and supplier invoices still arrive by email. Bizomate watches a mailbox folder on any provider that offers IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) — Zoho Mail, GoDaddy, a cPanel host, Gmail — and starts a workflow for each new email, with its attachments. Then it files the email or marks it read, so the inbox shows what is left. Every run leaves a record.

What can start a workflow
When an email arrives in a mailbox folder — any provider, over IMAP
The first check only notes where the folder ends, so emails already there never start a run. After that, up to 100 new emails start runs in one check, each with its sender, subject, text and attachments as files. Only unread is on unless you switch it off.
What a workflow can do with it
Moves an email to another folder
Takes the email's uid from New email, and the folder it is in now.
Marks an email read or unread
So the mailbox shows which emails a workflow has dealt with. Mark as read after on the trigger does the same for every email it takes.
Questions about Email (IMAP)
Which mailboxes work?
Any mailbox with IMAP switched on and password sign-in allowed — Zoho Mail, GoDaddy Professional Email, cPanel hosting, Gmail and Google Workspace with an app password, and most others. Personal Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes usually refuse it; use the Outlook app for those.
Does it send email?
No. This connection reads mail. To send, use Send an email, which is built in, or Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid or Brevo.
How often is the mailbox checked?
Every 5 minutes on paid plans and every 15 on Free. A check that finds nothing starts no run and costs nothing.
Will it change anything in my mailbox?
Only when you ask. A check does not mark emails read; Mark as read after on the trigger, Move an email and Mark read or unread are the only things that change the mailbox.
Can a workflow use the attachments?
Yes. Each attachment arrives as a file on the item, under its own name, ready to attach to an email, upload or hand to an AI step.
