SFTP and FTP automation with Bizomate
Banks, suppliers and warehouses still trade files over SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) and FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Bizomate picks up each new file in a folder, hands it to the next step, and uploads the files your workflows make — reports, exports, invoices — to the folder the other side expects. Every run leaves a record of which file went where.

What can start a workflow
When a file arrives in a folder on an FTP or SFTP server
Choose the folder, optionally Names like — *.csv — and Include subfolders. Files already in the folder never start a run; up to 100 new files start runs in one check, oldest first.
What a workflow can do with it
Puts a file from an earlier step on the server
Folder, name, and Replace a file already there if you want it overwritten.
Brings a file from the server, for the steps after
The files in a folder — the next steps run once for each
Name, path, size and when each changed.
Removes a file from the server
Files only, never a folder.
Gives a file a new name or folder
Makes a folder, and any folders above it that are missing
And any folders above it that are missing.
