Gmail automation with Bizomate
Some emails should come from you, not from a system: the order confirmation, the reorder request to Northwind Logistics, the reply to a new enquiry. Bizomate sends them from your own Gmail or Google Workspace address, in text or HTML, with files from earlier steps attached. Every run leaves a record of what was sent and to whom.

What a workflow can do with it
Sends from the Gmail the connection signed in as
From the Gmail the connection signed in as. Choose Text or HTML under Message format, attach files from earlier steps — a form upload, an email attachment — and add a Reply-to if answers should go to another address. Separate several recipients with commas.
Questions about Gmail
Which address does the email come from?
The Gmail or Google Workspace address the connection signed in as. To send from another person's address, add a second connection signed in as them.
Can a workflow start when an email arrives in Gmail?
Gmail has no trigger in Bizomate. Use the Email (IMAP) app's New email trigger instead, with a Google app password — it checks the mailbox every 5 minutes on paid plans, every 15 on Free.
Does Bizomate read my email?
Not for this step. Sending is all it asks Google for here, and it never sees your password. A later step that needs more asks you to Reconnect before it can work.
Can I attach files?
Yes. Attachments takes files from earlier steps — a form upload, or an attachment from another email — and sends them with the email.
