Google Calendar automation with Bizomate
Appointments need reminders, cancellations need someone told, and new bookings need a time that suits everyone. Bizomate reads and writes your Google calendars to do it: it notices when an event is created, changed or cancelled, finds a time when everyone is free, and puts the event in the calendar with a Google Meet link. Every run leaves a record you can read.

Questions about Google Calendar
How quickly does a calendar change start a workflow?
New or updated event checks the calendar every 5 minutes on paid plans and every 15 on Free. Each event that matches since the last check starts its own run, with the event's title, times, guests and Meet link.
Can it add a Google Meet link to the event?
Yes. Switch on Add a Google Meet link in Create an event, and the invitation the guests get carries the link. The trigger and the other steps give the link back too, so a later step can send it on.
Which calendars can it use?
Your own, and the calendars shared with you that you can edit. Leave Calendar empty and the step uses your own calendar.
How does Find free time choose a time?
It reads the calendars of everyone you list under Whose calendars, you included, and gives back the slots when all of them are free, one item each. Their calendars must be visible to you; with Working hours chosen, that means weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 in the time zone you choose.
Can it send appointment reminders?
Yes. Start with a schedule each morning, use List events for tomorrow, and send each guest their time by SMS or email — one item per event, so each person gets their own message.
