Intercom automation with Bizomate
Intercom knows who your customers are and what they are asking; your store, payments and team chat know the rest. Bizomate keeps contacts and tags up to date, replies to, assigns, snoozes or closes conversations, opens tickets and sends messages, and starts a workflow when a conversation opens or closes or a contact is added. Every run leaves a record of what it did.

Questions about Intercom
Which plan do I need?
Intercom is a premium connection. On any plan, Free included, you can add it and build and test workflows that use it; publishing one of those workflows needs a paid plan.
Which region do I choose?
The one your Intercom workspace keeps its data in — most are United States. Intercom shows it under Settings › Workspace › General. A token tested against the wrong region is refused, and nothing is saved.
Do the triggers start a run straight away?
No. Bizomate checks your Intercom every 5 minutes, and each new conversation, closed conversation or new contact it finds starts one run. A check that finds nothing starts no run.
Who do replies and messages come from?
From the teammate you choose in From or Written by. Left empty, they come from the admin the access token belongs to.
