Mailchimp automation with Bizomate
Your Mailchimp audience is only as good as the last time someone updated it. Bizomate adds and tags subscribers as customers buy and fill in forms, creates and sends campaigns, and starts a workflow when people subscribe, unsubscribe or change their details. Every run leaves a record you can read.

What can start a workflow
When someone subscribes to an audience
Publishing makes a webhook on the audience in Mailchimp for that one change, from every source — a sign-up form, someone in Mailchimp, or the API. There is nothing to paste.
When someone unsubscribes from an audience
When a subscriber's details change in an audience
What a workflow can do with it
Adds someone to a Mailchimp audience, or updates them
Subscribed, Unsubscribed, or Pending, which sends Mailchimp's confirmation email first — with the audience's merge fields and any tags.
Tags a subscriber, or takes tags off
Unsubscribes someone from an audience
Looks someone up in an audience by email
By email. Nobody found takes the When nothing is found path, not a failed step.
Makes a regular campaign, ready to send
A regular campaign with your HTML content, ready to send. Reply-to must be an address verified in Mailchimp.
Sends a campaign to its audience now
Sends a saved campaign to its audience now: choose it from the list, or use the campaign id from Create a campaign.
Questions about Mailchimp
Do I set up webhooks in Mailchimp?
No. Publishing makes a webhook on the audience you chose, and every publish makes it again. Changing the audience moves it; changing to another trigger, or deleting the workflow, deletes it.
Why paste the whole key?
The ending after the dash — such as -us21 — tells Bizomate where Mailchimp keeps your account. A key copied without it is refused, and nothing is saved.
Can new subscribers confirm before they are added?
Yes. Set Status to Pending on Add or update a subscriber, and Mailchimp sends its confirmation email first. They join the audience when they confirm.
What if the person is not in the audience?
Find a subscriber takes the When nothing is found path instead of failing, so the workflow can add them, or carry on without them.
