Mistral AI automation with Bizomate

Some of the work done at a desk is reading: a supplier's invoice, a signed delivery note, a customer's long email. Bizomate hands it to Mistral AI for each item — to read a PDF or image into text, page by page, or to answer with named fields the next steps use one by one. It runs on your company's own Mistral AI key, and every run's record shows the tokens or pages it used.

A PDF or image from an earlier step. Choose Pages, such as 1-3, 7, or leave it empty for every page; each page comes back as Markdown, and all of them as one text.

How you connect it

Make an API key in Mistral AI's console and paste it into Bizomate under API key. The Mistral AI account needs a plan chosen under Billing before its keys work. Bizomate tests the key before saving it by listing the models it can use.

The key is your company's own, so Mistral AI bills your account: Bizomate does not pay for or resell AI use, and each run's output shows the tokens or pages used. When a step runs, Bizomate sends Mistral AI what that step is given — the instructions and prompt, the text, the document — under your account, and your account's terms with Mistral AI apply to it.

The key is encrypted before it is saved, used only when a step runs or a test calls Mistral AI, and never shown again — not to you, your colleagues or Bizomate support. It belongs to one workspace, the Code step cannot read it, and revoking the connection wipes it at once.

Who pays for what Mistral AI does?

Your company does, on its own Mistral AI account. Bizomate does not pay for or resell AI use; each run's output shows the tokens or pages it used, so you can see where the bill comes from.

What does Bizomate send to Mistral AI?

Only what the step is given — its instructions and prompt, the text, or the document — under your account, when the step runs. Your account's terms with Mistral AI apply to it.

Can it read scanned invoices and delivery notes?

Yes. Read a document (OCR) takes a PDF or an image from an earlier step — an email attachment, a form upload — and gives back each page as Markdown, tables kept, and the whole document as one text.

Which model does Ask a model use?

The one you choose from the Model list, which is read from Mistral AI with your key. Leave it empty and the step uses Mistral AI's current general model; you can also type a model the list doesn't show.
