MSG91 automation with Bizomate
MSG91 sends your SMS, one-time codes and email; Bizomate decides when. Send the payment confirmation the moment the money arrives, check a code a customer typed, and follow up when a message was not delivered. Every run leaves a record of what was sent.

What can start a workflow
When MSG91 reports whether a message was delivered
MSG91 sends reports only to an address set in its own panel, so you copy the trigger's address into your account's delivery report webhook once. The address stays the same across publishes.
What a workflow can do with it
Sends an SMS from a DLT-approved Flow template
From a Flow template in MSG91, by its id. SMS to Indian numbers needs a DLT-registered template; Variables fill in its values, the same for every number.
MSG91 sends a one-time code by SMS
From an OTP template in MSG91: 6 digits unless you choose 4 to 9, expiring after 10 minutes unless you change it.
Checks a code someone typed against the one MSG91 sent
Checks the code someone typed — from a form, say — against the one MSG91 sent to that mobile.
Sends an email from an MSG91 Email template
From an MSG91 Email template, sent from an address on a domain verified in MSG91.
Questions about MSG91
Why does an SMS need a template id, not free text?
Indian rules (TRAI's DLT system) say every business SMS to an Indian number must match a registered template, word for word apart from its variables, or operators drop it. You register the template once, add it to MSG91 as a Flow, and the step sends it by id. Numbers outside India follow their own country's sender rules, which MSG91 applies.
Can I check a phone number on my own sign-up page?
Yes, with two workflows. One starts from a webhook your page calls and runs Send an OTP. The other starts from a second webhook with the code the person typed, runs Verify an OTP, and answers your page with Respond to Webhook.
Do I need to set anything up in MSG91 for delivery reports?
Once. Open the Delivery report trigger, copy its address, and paste it into your MSG91 account's delivery report webhook setting. Reports show on the trigger's panel straight away, and start runs once the workflow is published.
Can it send email too?
Yes, through MSG91 Email: a template made there, sent from a domain verified in MSG91. It is set up in MSG91 separately from SMS.
