Outlook Calendar automation with Bizomate
Booking a call means checking several calendars, writing the invite and remembering the Teams link. Bizomate finds a time when everyone is free, puts the event in the calendar with a Teams meeting, and passes the time on to the steps that tell people. It works from your own Microsoft 365 calendars, and every run leaves a record you can read.

Questions about Outlook Calendar
Can it add a Teams meeting to the event?
Yes. Switch on Add a Teams meeting in Create an event, and the invitation the attendees get carries the meeting link.
Which calendars can it use?
Your own, and the calendars shared with you that you can edit. Leave Calendar empty and the step uses your own calendar.
How does Find free time choose a time?
It looks at everyone you list under Who, you included, and gives back the times when all of them are free, one item each. With Only working hours on, that means weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 in the time zone you choose.
Can a new event start a workflow?
Not today — Outlook Calendar has no trigger in Bizomate. Start with a schedule, a form or another app; List events reads what is coming up.
