How to send a PayPal invoice from a form
A PayPal invoice sent from a short form, with a record of each one.
Sending a PayPal invoice by hand for every order, then watching for the payment, is work a workflow can do. Bizomate creates and sends the invoice, captures orders your customers approve, and starts the next job the moment PayPal says the money has arrived. Every run leaves a record you can read.

Publishing adds a webhook for the trigger's event to your REST app in PayPal, in Sandbox or Live as the connection is; there is nothing to paste. Bizomate asks PayPal to verify every delivery, and one it does not verify starts nothing.
PayPal emails it to the customer, unless you switch off Send it; then it stays a draft in PayPal.
The customer approves it in PayPal; then Capture an order takes the money.
Moves money: takes the money for an order the customer approved.
Moves money: all of a captured payment, or part. A retry of the step sends the same idempotency key, so the customer is refunded once.

Yes. Make a connection with a Sandbox app's keys and choose Sandbox (test); pay orders and invoices with PayPal's sandbox buyer accounts. Keep a Live connection for the published workflow.
A retry of the same step sends the same idempotency key, so PayPal refunds once. Run again, Test run and Run this step start a new run with a new key, which is why a test run with live keys asks first.
