How to build a Telegram bot that answers "where is my order?"
A Telegram bot that tells customers where their Shopify order is.
Each Shopify order sets off the same jobs: tell the warehouse, record it, let the customer know when it ships, reorder from Acme Supplies Inc. when stock runs low. Bizomate does them the moment Shopify reports the order, and changes products, stock, orders and customers in your store when another app says so. Every run leaves a record you can read, so you can see which order did what.
| Label | Value |
|---|---|
| Plans | Every plan |
| Connect | Client ID and secret, or an Admin API access token |
| Starts runs | Instantly — Inventory low every 5 minutes (15 on Free) |
| Kind | Connected app · Commerce |
Publishing sets up the webhook in your store; there is nothing to paste. Shopify signs every event with the app's secret, and Bizomate checks each one.
Choose the location and the threshold, 5 unless you change it. A run starts when a variant's stock reaches it or less — once, until it goes back above. Checked every 5 minutes on paid plans, every 15 on Free.
Set a variant's stock at a location, or add or take away: -3 takes away three.
By order number or customer email, one item each. Without read_all_orders, it searches the last 60 days.
Marks what is left of the order fulfilled, with tracking.
15 for 15%, or an amount off in the store's currency, with a limit on uses if you like.
No. Publishing a workflow with an instant Shopify trigger sets it up in your store, and every publish sets it up again. The connection needs the app's secret, because Shopify signs each event with it.
It checks stock at the location you choose, every 5 minutes on paid plans and every 15 on Free. A variant at or below the threshold starts one run, and does not start another until its stock has gone back above.
Read and write for products, orders, customers, inventory, merchant-managed fulfillment orders and price rules, and read for locations. Test counts them and names any that are missing; a step that needs one says so when it runs.
No — Shopify's API answers at the store's .myshopify.com address. Shopify admin shows it under Settings › Domains; type the part before .myshopify.com.
