How to build a Telegram bot that answers "where is my order?"
A Telegram bot that tells customers where their Shopify order is.
A Telegram bot of your own can answer customers and keep your team informed without anyone watching it. Bizomate starts a workflow the moment someone messages the bot or presses one of its buttons, and sends messages, photos and files back. Every run leaves a record of what came in and what went out.

Publishing tells Telegram to send the bot's messages to Bizomate; there is nothing to paste. Leave Only this chat empty to take every chat the bot is in, or give one chat id.
For a button whose value is not a link: a press sends that value, up to 64 bytes, to the workflow.
Plain, Markdown or HTML. The Chat list shows chats the bot has seen in the last 24 hours; or use a chat id from the trigger. Buttons open a link, or send their value to New button press.
Give the buttons again: Telegram removes any that are not given.
No. Telegram lets a bot write to a person only after they have opened it and selected Start. In a group the bot needs to be a member, and in a channel an administrator allowed to post.
The list is made from chats the bot has seen in the last 24 hours. Send a message in the group, or mention the bot there, then select Refresh — or select Use a value and type the chat id.
Yes. Give the button a value that is not a link — approve:NW-20417, say — on Send a message. New button press starts a run with that value, and an IF step can act on it.
Not for incoming messages. Publishing a Telegram trigger makes Bizomate the bot's only webhook in Telegram, so a service that receives the same bot's messages by webhook stops hearing them while the workflow is published. Sending steps are not affected.
