Removes one response for good, when someone asks for their answers to be taken away. The token needs responses:write.

How you connect it

In Typeform, select your profile picture › Your settings › Personal tokens › Generate a new token, with the scopes forms:read, responses:read and webhooks:write — and responses:write too for Delete a response. Paste it into Bizomate under Personal access token and choose the Region your account keeps its data in: Standard, EU, or EU — new data centre. Most accounts are Standard; if yours is in the EU and you are not sure which, choose EU and the test tells you. Bizomate tests the token before saving, and Test answers "Reached Sam Carter · 8 forms".

Publishing a workflow with New response adds a webhook to the form in Typeform, with a secret Bizomate makes. Every delivery's signature is checked, and one that does not match starts nothing.

The token is encrypted before it is saved, used only when a step runs, a trigger is set up or a test calls Typeform, and never shown again — not to you, your colleagues or Bizomate support. It belongs to one workspace, the Code step cannot read it, and revoking the connection wipes it at once.

Questions about Typeform

How do the answers arrive in the workflow?

Each answer arrives as a named field, made from its question, so the next step uses Company name or Budget rather than a position in a list. Hidden fields and the score come with them, and a file someone uploads comes as a file the next step can save or send.

Do I need to set up a webhook in Typeform?

No. Publishing the workflow adds the webhook to the form you chose, and unpublishing or deleting the workflow takes it away. The token needs the webhooks:write scope for it.

Which region do I choose?

The one your Typeform account keeps its data in. Most are Standard. Typeform has two EU data centres; if you choose the wrong one, Test says which region the token belongs to.

Can I remove someone's answers when they ask?

Yes. Find responses finds their response by words it contains, such as their email, and Delete a response removes it from the form in Typeform for good. The token needs responses:write.
