How you connect it

In the Zoom App Marketplace, under Develop › Build App, make a Server-to-Server OAuth app in your own Zoom account and add the scopes the steps need: view users; view and manage meetings and their registrants; view and manage webinar registrants; view cloud recordings. Once the app is activated, copy its Account ID, Client ID and Client secret from App Credentials into Bizomate. The app acts for the whole Zoom account, so workflows do not depend on one person staying. Bizomate tests them before saving, and Test answers "Reached sam@acme.example · Zoom, 12 users".

Bizomate swaps the three for an access token each hour. The client secret is encrypted before it is saved, used only when a step runs, a trigger checks or a test calls Zoom, and never shown again — not to you, your colleagues or Bizomate support. It belongs to one workspace, the Code step cannot read it, and revoking the connection wipes it at once.

Questions about Zoom

Does a new recording start a run straight away?

No. New recording checks Zoom every 5 minutes on paid plans and every 15 on Free, and each recording Zoom has finished processing starts one run. A check that finds nothing starts no run and costs nothing.

Whose Zoom account does it work in?

The account the Server-to-Server OAuth app was made in. Steps can create meetings for any user of that account — give the host's email — and the trigger can watch one user's recordings or everyone's.

Can people register for a webinar from my own form?

Yes. Add a webinar registrant registers them with their name, email and answers to the webinar's questions, and gives back their own join link for the next step to send. Webinars need Zoom's webinar add-on.

Can I share a meeting link without giving away the host's controls?

Yes. Create a meeting gives back the join link for guests. The host's start link is never in a step's output, so it cannot end up in an email or a channel by mistake.
